4. Process control:A microprocessor or digital controller manages the dyeing cycle, including the heating gradient, dyeing temperature, and hold time, to replicate the conditions of a production dyeing plant.
5. Cooling and evaluation:Once the cycle is complete, the machine cools the beakers. The dyed samples are then removed and evaluated to check the final shade, colorfastness, and compatibility with the fiber.
